Hello Viewers, I am sorry to say that this is my "last" post. But, even though I am going to be presenting my project on Friday that doesn't mean that I am going to stop posting and helping out my community. This 8th grade project has made me better as a person. ALS is important to me because about 7 years ago my papa died of ALS. At the time I had no clue what ALS was or how it affects the body. But, now this eight grade project has opened my eyes up to another part of the world. Although I knew what ALS was before I now have a deeper understanding that could not have happened if it wasn't for this wonderful experience. Just remember to speak out about ALS and I will write back soon.

Walk in honor, in memory, to defeat ALS
Hello Viewers, this is my second to last blog before I present my project based on ALS. I want to thank all of the viewers from Poland, Germany, and United States for viewing my blog. Even though I am going to end the project, I am not going to end the blog and the advocacy that I have been doing for people with ALS. In my "last" blog I will tell you why ALS is personal to me and why i want to help those people that have it. I also want to thank all of the viewers that participated in the ice bucket challenge. You are making people more aware of what ALS is and what people can do to help defeat it.

Ice buckets!!!
Hello Viewers, I want to give a shout out to all of you! Thank you for getting the word out about ALS. Speaking of ALS I have already completed the gift buckets! There is a total of 75 buckets that were repaired, filled with candy, and wrapped. This volunteer act inspired this post and many others. I want for all the viewers to do the ice bucket challenge if you haven't done it already. Then upload it to youtube with the #Icebucketchallenge. Afterwards challenge your friends and see if they do it. In the next blog update I will post my ice bucket video with the #Icebucketchallenge.

UPDATE for: Get up and VOLUNTEER!
Hello viewers, this is an update for all of you that tuned in last night. I volunteered today at the ALS foundation building downtown. I helped prepare buckets as gifts. I repaired the handles, put a sticker on them and stacked them up. If you were inspired by yesterday's post or if you didn't see it this is what I want you do to... Go anywhere to volunteer it doesn't matter if you are cutting grass or helping a corporation company, then take a selfie of yourself completing the volunteer work. Last tag it on Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media company with #getupandvolunteer. Below as I promised is the picture.

Get up and VOLUNTEER!
Hello Viewers, I know it has been a while since I last posted. Since then I have received a chance to help prepare "ice buckets" as gifts. I will post pictures tomorrow of myself and my mom helping prepare the buckets. Having the chance to volunteer inspired this post. I want you all to get up and Volunteer! You can go to your neighbor's house and offer to cut their grass for free or go to a company and ask for any volunteering offers. No matter what you do big or small it is going to make a difference. When you are volunteering, take a selfie. Then go on Google Plus, Instagram, Facebook, or any other multimedia source and post your selfie with #getupandvolunteer. Have a good night and remember to GET UP AND VOLUNTEER!
